Lamentablemente, tenemos intuición gramatical (eso explica muchas cosas buenas), pero no una capacidad “natural” para no cometer falacias lógicas, correlaciones espurias y tonterías afines. Y eso no es lo peor, sino que nuestras ciencias sociales están arrastrando aún con ideas validadas como teorías y que se levantaron justamente aplicando la pésima estadística intuitiva de nuestra especie. Por si fuera poco, los sistemas de enseñanza ni siquiera preparan a los estudiantes y futuros profesionales para corregir un poco los sesgos de intuición.
